Objective: The purpose of the research is to examine to investigate the primary factors that impact Malaysian consumers’ behavioural intention of Malaysian consumers to adopt digital banks Theoretical Framework: The underpinning study uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory. Method: Through a quantitative analysis and the 400 questionnaires was successfully collected using snowball sampling. The data is being analysed using smartPLS software to perform regression tests. Results and Discussion: The findings reveal relative advantage and compatibility have a positively and significantly impact on behavioural intention, and the impact of complexity is significant and negative one. Research Implications: The study advances scholarly knowledge by closing a gap in the literature on Malaysian consumers’ behavioural intention of Malaysian consumers to adopt digital banks Originality/Value: The concept of the study examined the understanding for what are the significant factors that influence the adoption of digital banks in Malaysian context. © 2026, SRAC - Romanian Society for Quality.
