The confirmation cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia were increasing every day. Therefore, we studied the estimated growth of Covid-19 cases with the logistic model. This study applied a logistic regression model to predict the total number and the new number of Covid-19 cases in Jakarta from January 1, 2022, to May 14, 2022. The data from the developed model was compared with the actual data. The results show that daily cases are decreasing and tend to be stable. After calculating the gradient descent 537 times, the logistic model gets MSE 3.3 × 108. Furthermore, the model prediction got MSE 368.83. © 2024 American Institute of Physics Inc..
