The information system is a strategic tool for the goals but is considered not optimal because there are indications that long-term target strategies have not been achieved. it is necessary to identify the factors that influence this success so that a model can be built that describes the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach through an analysis of data using factor analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study show three factors that influence strategic goals in companies, namely Leadership & Organizational, Goals Visualization, and Enterprise-wide Awareness. © 2023 The Authors.
