Method used is a research and development method referring to Borg & Gall's development theory. The research stages are limited to a small group test stage. Instruments used include validation sheets assessed by three biology education experts and 20 students in small group test. The research results indicate that the Bio-Repropedia website learning media have an average of 3.11 in the learning media aspect and 3.09 in the content aspect. In the trial test for 20 students indicate a good response with average value of 3.64. Based on the value, the Bio-Repropedia website is feasible to be used in reproductive system in senior high school. The learning media have several advantages, namely: easy to access by participants in learning process, interesting website design, and informative as well as current content that could improve students' biology literacy. © 2023 Author(s).
