Physics education is an important aspect for nation building, and the world is entering the 21st century with the rapid development of technology and information. Education is one of the efforts to prepare human resources who think critically, reason, logically and systematically who will be able to realize global challenges and improve the country's economy, as well as factors that affect the success of implementation, The purpose of this study is to understand how bibliometric analysis can help develop critical thinking skills in physics learning, Based on bibliometric analysis conducted, there is an increasing trend in research on physics learning based on critical thinking skills from 1991 to 2023. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive bibliometric approach. The application used to analyze the data in this study is RStudio which is software for bibliometric applications. The results of the bibliometric analysis on critical thinking skills analyze that these studies have a variety of approaches and methods used, such as case studies, field experiments, and descriptive analysis. Thus, there is a lot of information that can be taken and used as a basis for further development in the field of critical thinking skills. As for the results of the development of risers carried out, the presentation is not stable from year to year. It is hoped that these studies can continue to make a positive contribution to the world of physics education and learning in the future. © 2026 Author(s).
