PT Mustika Alam Lestari MAL is one of the container terminal operations at Tanjung Priok Port in Jakarta. The problem of berth allocation (BAP) is a frequent problem in container terminal operation services. BAP is considering allocating berth space for vessels at container terminals. In the terminal operation, each ship has a schedule of arrival and departure times. If a change that does not match the schedule occurs, it will result in the interruption of the port container service phase. This article will show the degree of conformity between the estimated arrival time, beard time and departure time arranged according to actual time conditions. We have obtained ship arrival data from PT MAL from January to December 2019. Data analysis is performed by selecting the vessels with the highest frequency of access and including them in the time and sailing table of the dock. The result we obtained is that the average value of ETB-ATB is 0.8 hours, and the average value of ETD-ATD is 2.17 hours. We hope it will become a reference for other researchers to include in the next research topic. © 2023 Author(s).
