Creative thinking skills are one of the important components in improving the quality of 21st century education, including in physics learning. This skill helps students in exploring various ways to understand and solve problems related to complex physics concepts. This study aims to analyze the development of creative thinking skills in physics education through bibliometric analysis from 2010 to 2023. This research uses descriptive bibliometric method with data obtained from Scopus database. The data were analyzed using R-Bibliometrix (Biblioshiny) software to identify publication trends, citation growth, linkages between authors and journals, and keyword maps. The results showed that publications related to creative thinking skills in education tend to fluctuate every year, indicating that the topic has not been researched consistently, thus opening up opportunities for further research and innovation in physics learning methods. In conclusion, the development of creative thinking skills in physics education needs greater attention in future research. This study provides implications in the form of recommendations for curriculum development that better supports creativity in physics learning as well as contributions to the application of more innovative teaching methods in the digital era. © 2026 Author(s).
