New Priok Container Terminal 1 (NPTC-1) is one of Pelindo II 's subsidiaries. The port has established arrival and departure schedules at the terminal. If the actual arrival time of the ship is different from the established schedule, it will interrupt the loading and unloading process of the cargo on the terminal. Therefore, through our research, we tried to understand the extent of these problems with NPTC-1. The frequency of ships arriving is very high, which will increase the chance of such time mismatch. We obtained 3 months of arrival data from the NPTC-1 terminal, which is expected to provide complete information. We analyzed the data in combination with changes in time and sailing angle. Terminal managers can use this article to take necessary measures. The analysis shows that the average value of the incompatibility between the timetable and the actual time ETA-ATA is 1.83 hours, while the average value of ETD-ATD is 1.47 hours. We hope it will become a reference for other researchers to include in the next research topic. © 2023 Author(s).
