The electricity generated by the generator is chan-neled through a transmission system wherein the transmission system may consist of Extra High Voltage Air Lines as well as highvoltage airlines to the distribution system to be distributed to the load center. Distance between the generator and the load center which are located far apart causes the factor electricity distribution system losses. Analysis of electrical power systems on the transmission and distribution of electrical power at PT KDL in maintaining the reliability index of a system. Based on analysis and results using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method, the transformer grounding system in wet sand soil type obtained a result of 0.5912 Ω with a depth of 50 m according to PUIL 2011 standard i1 Ω, the loading of transformers in accordance with SPLN, 80%, the design of electric power systems that have been carried out in several parts obtained a SAIDI value of 0.0522 Hours and a value SAIFI by 0.0634 times. © 2022 IEEE.
