This research aims to perceive the relations of leadership and organizational culture with the employees' environmental performance. This research was conducted at PT. Cahaya and its employees were the subjects of the study. The quantitative method with the correlational technique was used in the study. The data were collected by giving out questionnaires to 102 employees. Proportionate stratified random was used for the sampling. Based on the data analysis, it is said that there is a relation between partial leadership with the employees' environmental performance. Furthermore, an association is also found between partial organizational culture with the environmental employees' performance. Leadership and organizational culture simultaneously have a relation between the employees' environmental performance. As a result, it can be concluded that if the employees' environmental performance is hoped to improve at PT. Cahaya Mas, its leadership, and organizational culture should be reconsidered. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
