Abstract

The increasing urgency of climate change and resource scarcity motivates this study to examine how organizational green practices can drive sustainable economic transformation. This research explores the relationships among Green Human Resource Management, Material Innovation, Emission Reduction, Resource Circularity, and Economic Sustainability. The main motivation is to understand how organizations can align environmental management and innovation strategies to achieve both ecological responsibility and economic resilience. Using data collected from professionals in sustainability-oriented organizations, the study applies structural equation modeling to test an integrated framework. The analysis evaluates both measurement and structural components, ensuring model validity and predictive accuracy. Importance-Performance Map Analysis identifies Resource Circularity and Green Human Resource Management as key drivers for improving sustainable performance. The results show that green-oriented human resource policies and material innovation significantly enhance emission reduction and resource circularity, which in turn strengthen economic sustainability. Resource Circularity plays an essential mediating role, emphasizing the importance of circular economy principles for long-term growth. Theoretically, this study contributes by linking internal environmental practices with economic performance within a single model. Methodologically, it introduces a more rigorous validation process that strengthens the reliability of the findings. Practically, it provides insights for policymakers and managers seeking to integrate human capital, innovation, and sustainability objectives.
