The management of educational institutions in Moslem minority areas experiences many obstacles, therefore education management is needed in implementing the management of Islamic educational institutions. This study aims to determine the existence of the management of Islamic educational institutions in Moslem minority areas at the Islamic Education Foundation in Jayawijaya Regency. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of the study revealed that (1) educational planning at the Islamic Education Foundation (Yapis) based on the needs of the local community, (2) organizing education at the Islamic Education Foundation (Yapis) accommodating all human resources in Jayawijaya by not distinguishing certain ethnicity, race and religion, (3) the implementation of education in the Islamic Education Foundation (Yapis) to maintain the existence of Islamic educational institutions through political, economic, social and cultural approaches, (4) the control of education in the Islamic Education Foundation (Yapis) is carried out by periodic reporting to each unit implementing education in the Islamic Education Foundation (Yapis) in Jayawijaya Regency. © 2020 SERSC.
