Women significantly influence demographic and economic frameworks via workforce engagement, familial relationships, and policy impact. This chapter analyzes women's contributions to economic growth, emphasizing labor force participation, entrepreneurship, wage equity, and education. It underscores the obstacles encountered by women, such as gender pay disparities, unpaid caregiving responsibilities, and restricted access to leadership positions. The chapter examines legislative measures, corporate strategies, and international frameworks that facilitate gender- inclusive economic growth. Case studies from prominent economies like Sweden, Iceland, and Rwanda exemplify optimal strategies for attaining gender equality in labor markets.
