Earthquakes are natural disasters that often result in both physical and psychological damage, so prevention efforts are needed to deal with them. Prevention efforts will be realized when everyone has awareness and preparedness for the disaster itself. For architects, preparedness to face an earthquake is important because it can be felt in the implementation of their work that is utilized by the community. This study wants to see Architect's Earthquake Readiness as a measurement of how responsive architects are in preparing for disasters in their work. The research method is Neuroresearch method with survey techniques. The results show that the main dimension that forms Architect's Earthquake Readiness is current prevention that is supported by a commitment to change, namely a commitment to turn their work into a work that accommodates preparations in the face of earthquake disasters. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
