Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to see the ethics and economics perspectives to synthesis the business implementation in Indonesia. For the purposes of the paper, researchers analyzed and investigated the data and the extensive literatures. The data and review of the literature revealed that the condition of the business implementation in Indonesia from ethics and perspectives can be seen from various factors that have been discussed by the literature or the results of previous studies. There are 3 cases, namely: 1) Businesses that employ minors or children under age, 2) Unethical advertising, and 3) Gender discrimination in business. The contribution of this study is to provide solutions and recommendations according to the analysis or 3 cases of those literatures. © IJSTR 2020.
