The swift expansion of Indonesia's digital economy has expedited technology adoption among young entrepreneurs, presenting both benefits and psychological concerns, including technostress. This study aims to develop and validate the Young Entrepreneurs' Technostress Inventory (YETInv), a measurement scale specifically designed to capture the diverse forms of technostress experienced by young entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The research involved a cross-sectional survey of young entrepreneurs in Jakarta who operate in various sectors of the digital economy. The data were examined through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to uncover, refine, and validate the scale's factor structure. The results reveal a hierarchical model encompassing multiple dimensions of technostress relevant to entrepreneurial contexts, including connectivity demands, rapid technological change, work-life integration challenges, performance pressures, security concerns, and the adequacy of technical and social support. The validated scale demonstrated strong psychometric properties, confirming its reliability and validity for this population. This study extends technostress measurement beyond formal employment settings to the entrepreneurial domain in a culturally relevant manner, while providing a practical tool for stakeholders to identify stress dimensions, design targeted interventions, and foster sustainable, technology-driven entrepreneurial practices in emerging economies.
