This study uses bibliometric analysis to examine technology integration in flipped classrooms, specifically focusing on mathematics instruction. Using advanced Scopus search techniques, researchers analyzed English-language peer-reviewed journal articles from 2018 to 2023 related to mathematics education. The study reveals key trends in mathematics education, highlighting the dominance of research from China, the US, and India, with the University of Granada emerging as a leading contributor to innovations in mathematics learning. Journals such as Sustainability, Education Sciences, and Mathematics Education Research Journal were identified as the most productive in the field. The research highlights the growing interest in technology-enhanced, flipped classroom approaches to mathematics education, particularly in the areas of concept understanding, problem-solving performance, and student math anxiety. By mapping the current research landscape, this study provides valuable insights for those involved in teaching and researching mathematics to implement effective technology-enhanced flipped classroom strategies in various mathematics learning contexts. © 2026 Author(s).
