This study aimed to examine the relationship between time management on learning outcomes in fluid statics subject. This research was conducted at Ksatrya High School, Central Jakarta, Indonesia for data collection and at State University of Jakarta for writing, analyzing, making paper report and presentation of the research's result. The study was conducted in August to November 2017 using survey method consisting of 10 steps which are: (1) define problems (2) basic theory (3) propose hypotheses (4) instrument development (5) determine population, (6) sampling, (7) instrument testing, (8) data collection (9) data analysis (10) conclusions and suggestions. This research used questionnaire method and learning outcomes on fluid statics. The samples were 34 students of Grade 11-Science from Ksatrya High School, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. Sampling was done with simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient value of r-xy = 0.691 showed that time management affects the learning outcome of 69.1%, while 30.9% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test results using t-test obtained t-score = 5.405 and t-table = 2.036, because t-score > t-table, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between time management and students' learning outcomes. © 2018 Elsevier Ltd.
