The purpose of this research is to produce e-learning media for flipped classrooms using LMS Chamilo, which is feasible for learning basic physics, especially mechanical wave material. The research was conducted at the State University of Jakarta with 19 students and 2 lecturers teaching Basic Physics in the needs analysis. The research method used is R&D development with the Dick & Carrey model. Data collection in this study used an instrument in the form of an e-learning media feasibility questionnaire for a flipped classroom on mechanical waves material in Basic Physics for Physics students. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and online questionnaires with Google Forms. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely by analyzing quantitative data obtained from expert test questionnaires and field tests. The results showed that 83.9% considered the e-learning media for a flipped classroom based on LMS Chamilo worthy of being used as learning media. © 2026 Author(s).
