Abstract

This research aims to create a new model to investigate tourist satisfaction and tourism impact by using data of the Tri Hita Karana implementation. A quantitative method is used to generate a robust model with two hundred and ten tourists participating in the data collection by an on-site survey from several beaches across Bali. Data analysis is calculated by using the regression technique. This study discovers that the Parahyangan (harmony with God) and the Palemahan elements (harmony with nature) play an essential role to create tourism satisfaction and tourism impact. Samples attributes and backgrounds of tourists are presented to add a comprehensive picture of the research. Some managerial implications retrieved from research findings are also discussed. © 2025, SRAC - Romanian Society for Quality. All rights reserved.
