How teachers conduct learning and students' participation in elementary school learning environments still needs to be higher. Teachers must guide engaging learning with various interactive and innovative media. This study aimed to determine the validity and eligibility of developing 3D-based learning media to improve high-order thinking skills in Science subjects for Elementary School. This study used a descriptive quantitative method to describe the quality of the being-developed product validity and eligibility. The authors collected data for this study through observation sheets by considering the measured aspects. Samples of this study were three experts for validation, five teachers, and 103 students as respondents. The data were then tabulated to calculate the total and average scores. The score of validity and eligibility criteria used in this study was 5.00. The findings collected by the authors from this study indicated that the developed product had fulfilled stages of expert validity, teacher response, and users' response after using the product and giving scores for the product by the criteria of learning media is declared valid if the average score is 4.00. Besides, the findings also suggested that the 3D-based learning media was eligible and met the required criteria. © 2025 American Institute of Physics Inc.. All rights reserved.
