Abstract

The emergence of financial technology in Industrial Revolution 4.0 that adopts a digitalization system will be a challenge for banks. Fintech has begun to be known and utilized by the public because it is able to provide effective and efficient services. Banks must be able to collaborate with fintech and digitalization to become a major force by paying attention to Total Quality Management to be able to maintain business sustainability.
