This study investigated the impact of digital-based flashcard media on improving social studies learning outcomes for fourth-grade elementary school students. Using Research and Development (R&D) methods and adapting the ADDIE development model, the research focused on fourth-grade students in Rawa Buaya Village, West Jakarta. A random sample of 126 students was selected using the Slovin formula, with a 5% margin of error. The results showed that material expert validation scored 83.3%, indicating it was in the worthy category, while media expert evaluation received a score of 93.3%, categorizing it as very excellent. The effectiveness of the learning media was assessed through questionnaires administered to students before and after the intervention. The study concludes that digital-based flashcard media has a positive impact on social studies learning outcomes for fourth-grade elementary school students. © 2025 American Institute of Physics Inc..
