Innovative work behavior must be noticed in service companies, especially insurance companies’ life. The study's main purpose is to know the influence of creativity self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction on innovative work behavior. This model was tested on a sample of 150 insurance company employees living in Jakarta. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is used to test the hypothesis. Findings disclose that building high creativity in employees will create IWB. Research result shows (1) connection positive and significant between creativity self-efficacy with innovative work behavior; (2) connection a positive and significant between intrinsic motivation and innovative work behavior; (3) there are connection positive and significant between creativity self-efficacy with job satisfaction; (4) an available connection positive and significant between intrinsic motivation with job satisfaction; and (5) is available connection positive and significant between job satisfaction with innovation work behavior. So, that can be concluded that creativity self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction influence innovative work behavior. © 2025, SRAC - Romanian Society for Quality.
