This article aims to determine the factors that influence Patriarchal Culture, Gender Discrimination, Gender Injustice, and Work Systems, which are believed to impact the Conditioning of Female Workers. Furthermore, conditioning is thought to affect work continuity and personal needs. This article is the result of research focused on garment workers with contract or non-permanent status. The research locations were 10 garment companies located in four districts in the Banten and West Java Provinces of Indonesia. A sample of 25 female workers was taken from each company using random sampling techniques. The primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using PLS-SMART to determine the relationship between variables and the contribution of indicators that constitute each variable. This research found that the work system of female workers influences their working conditions, which in turn tends to impact the continuity of their work and the fulfillment of their personal needs (including family needs). It is recommended that more attention be given to female workers, especially considering the contribution of strong indicator values in forming variables (or subvariables) discussed in this paper. © 2025 Dalimoenthe et al.
